Fixes SOU-1582

Refreshes the hono lockfile entry to 4.12.31 to address CVE-2026-59897 (API Gateway v1 adapter could drop a distinct repeated request header value during de-duplication; patched in 4.12.27).

hono is a transitive dependency via @modelcontextprotocol/sdk (and @react-grab/mcp), both of which already request ^4.11.4. That range admits the patched version, so no package.json change or resolutions override was needed — only a yarn up -R hono lockfile refresh (4.12.25 → 4.12.31). Verified with yarn why hono that all instances resolve to 4.12.31.

Fixes SOU-1582
Refreshes the hono lockfile entry to 4.12.31 to address CVE-2026-59897 (API Gateway v1 adapter could drop a distinct repeated request header value during de-duplication; patched in 4.12.27).
hono is a transitive dependency via @modelcontextprotocol/sdk (and @react-grab/mcp), both of which already request ^4.11.4. That range admits the patched version, so no package.json change or resolutions override was needed — only a yarn up -R hono lockfile refresh (4.12.25 → 4.12.31). Verified with yarn why hono that all instances resolve to 4.12.31.
