Report Error when I active it in my vscode extension

like the image shows, I will start a language client when the extension activated. But it shows error when I input some codes.

any one could help me with that? thanks.

I think the reason is that I did't call initialize function in typescript-service. So when should I call this function and how to call this? Please help me.
