A contract allowing users to register with an entrypoint register and an entrypoint visit that counts the number of visits for each user.
Users have to pay 1 tez for each visit and have to wait at least 1 minute between two visits. Finally, an entrypoint withdraw which allows the owner of the contract to recover the funds.
