Simplify base font-family a bit by using system-ui.
Still kept Inter first, and a few fallback fonts after system-ui.

Haven't seen a need for height: 100vh and it doesn't combine well with margins, so removing the height.

So Chrome and Firefox seem to use font-family: monospace by default for textarea.

And font-family: monospace has a quirk in browsers: it also sets the font size to 13px. Then we add font-size: 120% which brings the font-size to 15.6px.

When we declare a font-family with the monospace fallback value but with more font names before, then browsers don't use the base 13px font-size anymore, and font-size: 120% is too big (19.2px). So we're bringing it down to a more reasonable font-size: 0.9rem.
