codegate cli doesn't work in copilot if context is selected

Found this while porting the new pipeline code. I thought it was a bug in our code, but it must be a long-standing bug in the copilot provider.

+1 — came here to report this. I suspect this may be related to the recent copilot release with the agentic/compose functionality — but unsure.

Yup, this must be a change in copilot, they used to send a message per file now they send a single message where they put <attachment>file contents<attachment>codegate version. We need to strip those attachments.

To fix this, we need to add code to "src/codegate/pipeline/cli/cli.py as we alrady have for other clients, this time for copilot
