Please provide a comprehensive description of the changes in this PR. Additionally, build.js does not have any comments documenting what the script does. This is required if others are to maintain this.

This PR:

  1. makes the deploy workflow simple and less complex, where it requires no extra chmod permisstions.
  2. allows users to manually download plugin zip files from stable branch
  3. now uses nodejs based build.js to build normal and SPB plugins. So its now more maintainable and configurable using build-config.json

features:

  1. watch external plugins like python and other files
  2. watch js include files
  3. main js is isolated from ui include js
  4. pluginApi types
  5. added mousetrap library

Please provide a comprehensive description of the changes in this PR. Additionally, build.js does not have any comments documenting what the script does. This is required if others are to maintain this.

This PR:
  1. makes the deploy workflow simple and less complex, where it requires no extra chmod permisstions.
  2. allows users to manually download plugin zip files from stable branch
  3. now uses nodejs based build.js to build normal and SPB plugins. So its now more maintainable and configurable using build-config.json

features:
  1. watch external plugins like python and other files
  2. watch js include files
  3. main js is isolated from ui include js
  4. pluginApi types
  5. added mousetrap library
