I partner closely with engineering leadership to ensure platforms meet regulatory, reliability, and risk requirements.

In parallel, I lead the Amsterdam site, with responsibility for people management and day-to-day operations. My focus is keeping local execution aligned with the broader engineering strategy.

Scala remains at the center of my technical interests, especially where strong abstractions help make complex backend and distributed systems easier to reason about.
