[5.x] Fix error after deleting role when storing users in the database

This pull request fixes an error which would occur after a user's role had been deleted.

Fixes#11067.

Spotted a similiar issue on the getGroups method. Adding the filter() call resolves it for me.

 protected function getGroups()
{
return $this->groups = $this->groups
?? (new UserGroups($this))->all()->map(function ($row) {
return UserGroup::find($row->group_id);
- })->keyBy->handle();+ })->filter()->keyBy->handle();
}
