This pull request hides the "Localizable" button on non-localizable blueprints, like users, groups and forms.

Fixes#11048.

Thanks for this addition!

Asset blueprints are non-localizable as well as per issue statamic/ideas#223. Would be nice to disable the option there as well until that functionality is added.

This pull request hides the "Localizable" button on non-localizable blueprints, like users, groups and forms.

Thanks for this addition!
Asset blueprints are non-localizable as well as per issue statamic/ideas#223. Would be nice to disable the option there as well until that functionality is added.
