You're gonna be within a field anyway if you're using keyboard focus.
This introduces most of the markup and styles needed for the new Set Picker UI. Does not introduce any new behavior or logic, though everything remains functional.

This has a whole bunch of extra edits and conflicts. Assets fieldtype? Not sure what's going on. I'm going to close it, but I'll pick out the markup and styles for the set picker and put it into #7669. |
