This pull request removes the legacy Regex Antlers Parser.

Closes#9426.

To Do

  • Cleanup tests (tests don't need to be in traits anymore)
  • Remove documentation about the Regex Parser
  • Remove version config setting from statamic/statamic
    • We're going to be getting rid of some of the config files anyway, as per Laravel 11, so I've left out this step.
