I came to code from philosophy, not the other way around. My work lives at one intersection: bringing the rigor, verification and reproducibility of software engineering to questions that usually stay in prose — logic, argument, complexity, meaning.

What I build

  • Agora — write academic research in Markdown and verify its logic with an executable formal language, from the browser. (Next.js · Cloud Run · socket.io · custom MCP server · end-to-end encryption)
  • ST — an executable formal-logic language: 30+ logic profiles, a custom CDCL SAT solver, type theory (MLTT), 6,300+ tests. Published on npm.
  • auto.logic — natural language to executable formal logic, with rule-based NLP and zero AI.
  • Estructuras Pre-Ontológicas — the simulation engine (ABM+ODE) and statistical-validation pipeline for a doctoral research project in complexity science. (Conceptual authorship: Jacob Agudelo; my role: computational engineering.)
  • MCP Delegate Agents — a "swarm" MCP server that delegates tasks to local LLMs (planner to workers to reviewer).

I came to code from philosophy, not the other way around. My work lives at one intersection: bringing the rigor, verification and reproducibility of software engineering to questions that usually stay in prose — logic, argument, complexity, meaning.
What I build
  • Agora — write academic research in Markdown and verify its logic with an executable formal language, from the browser. (Next.js · Cloud Run · socket.io · custom MCP server · end-to-end encryption)
  • ST — an executable formal-logic language: 30+ logic profiles, a custom CDCL SAT solver, type theory (MLTT), 6,300+ tests. Published on npm.
  • auto.logic — natural language to executable formal logic, with rule-based NLP and zero AI.
  • Estructuras Pre-Ontológicas — the simulation engine (ABM+ODE) and statistical-validation pipeline for a doctoral research project in complexity science. (Conceptual authorship: Jacob Agudelo; my role: computational engineering.)
  • MCP Delegate Agents — a "swarm" MCP server that delegates tasks to local LLMs (planner to workers to reviewer).
