Description

@striderZA

Summary

Audit and improve all 49 agent markdown files for completeness, workflow specificity, and domain authority. Godot agents as priority.

Scope

Tier 1 — Godot Agents (9)

godot-specialist, godot-gdscript-specialist, godot-csharp-specialist, godot-gdextension-specialist, godot-shader-specialist, gameplay-programmer, ai-programmer, ui-programmer, engine-programmer

Each must have:

  • Domain boundaries (what they own, what they delegate)
  • Collaboration protocol (who they consult, who they escalate to)
  • Decision authority (what they can decide unilaterally)
  • Output format specification
  • Validation steps
  • Real engine API knowledge and idiomatic patterns
  • Anti-patterns they must avoid

Tier 2 — Engine Agents (12)

Unity (5), Unreal (5), engine-specialist leaders (2)

  • Maintain but rough edges acceptable
  • Ensure consistent structure with Tier 1

Tier 3 — General Agents (28)

Designers, directors, QA, production, etc.

  • Improve workflow steps and collaboration rules
  • Ensure cross-agent consistency

Acceptance Criteria

  • All 9 Godot agents have full domain, workflow, and validation sections
  • All 49 agents pass structural validation (required sections present)
  • Godot agents reference real engine API (not generic descriptions)
  • No agent has placeholder/TODO content
