Fix: Replace .claude/ path references with .opencode/ in skills and docs

Many skill files and docs reference .claude/ paths (technical-preferences.md, director-gates.md, templates/). These were migrated to .opencode/ but references were not updated. Skills will fail to find referenced docs at runtime.
