Extra condition on the fitted velocity #43

The actual velocity of the wavefront should never be zero or less than zero. This could be an extra condition on the velocity. It's implementation in AWARE would have to take in to account the error in the fitting. Perhaps take the one or two sigma limits and check that the fit always has a positive velocity?
