Enforce minimum Supabase CLI version (>= 2.76.4) in setup scripts
ea8fb2d
CLI versions before 2.76.4 have a broken ES256 JWT signing bug
(supabase/cli#4818) that causes GoTrue to reject service role keys,
leading to cryptic integration test failures. Add an upfront version
check in both local-dev.sh and test-integration.sh so developers get
a clear error message before anything starts.
