Add IOC

Allow users to have IOC containers (a la spring) so that they are no longer static methods, they can be mocked. WHich sort of makes sense, but doesn't - but who am I to argue with the SOLID developers who have to put in their profile that they are a SOLID developer, because they haven't lived long enough to know that the SOLID label will become old an obselete and is not a good way to define what sort of developer you are. :)
