This PR:

  1. Replaces the "Advanced" button with a "Manual Setup" shortcut on the Funding screen, navigating directly to the external node connection flow
  2. Updates the funding screen description text to match the latest Figma design
  3. Adds a "No Available Funds" alert dialog when tapping the disabled "Transfer from Savings" button, with a "Fund wallet" action that opens the receive/CJIT flow
  4. Updates all locale translations for the changed strings (13 locales)

OBS: SwiftUI's .alert doesn't support per-button tint colors, so .tint(.purpleAccent) cascades to all buttons including Cancel. There's no native way to style them individually.

This PR:

This PR:
  1. Replaces the "Advanced" button with a "Manual Setup" shortcut on the Funding screen, navigating directly to the external node connection flow
  2. Updates the funding screen description text to match the latest Figma design
  3. Adds a "No Available Funds" alert dialog when tapping the disabled "Transfer from Savings" button, with a "Fund wallet" action that opens the receive/CJIT flow
  4. Updates all locale translations for the changed strings (13 locales)

OBS: SwiftUI's .alert doesn't support per-button tint colors, so .tint(.purpleAccent) cascades to all buttons including Cancel. There's no native way to style them individually.
