Summary

  • Claude Code Review: Switch to the official code-review plugin (matching bitkit-ios's working config). The previous version used a custom prompt with restricted claude_args that prevented Claude from using essential tools (Read, Grep, Glob, Agent), causing ~$2/review runs with zero comments posted.
  • Rustfmt cron: Remove weekly schedule trigger, keep workflow_dispatch only.

Test plan

  • Verify Claude code review runs on a PR and posts comments (after merge)
  • Verify rustfmt workflow only shows "Run workflow" button in Actions tab (no scheduled runs)

Switch to the official code-review plugin which works correctly

Summary
  • Claude Code Review: Switch to the official code-review plugin (matching bitkit-ios's working config). The previous version used a custom prompt with restricted claude_args that prevented Claude from using essential tools (Read, Grep, Glob, Agent), causing ~$2/review runs with zero comments posted.
  • Rustfmt cron: Remove weekly schedule trigger, keep workflow_dispatch only.
Test plan
  •  Verify Claude code review runs on a PR and posts comments (after merge)
  •  Verify rustfmt workflow only shows "Run workflow" button in Actions tab (no scheduled runs)

Remove custom prompt and restricted claude_args that prevented
Claude from using essential tools (Read, Grep, Glob, Agent).
Switch to the official code-review plugin which works correctly
on bitkit-ios. Also disable rustfmt cron to prevent automated PRs.
