This is a working document written with the intent of onboarding graduate research assistants in biostatistics. The information here includes recommendations on best practices for organization and professionalism. In addition, links to helpful R packages and tutorials are grouped according to subject area (survival analysis, GWAS, etc). The objective of this work is to grow and expand as other professionals in biostatistics make contributions toward socializing newcomers into the field.
