Replaces #281 (which conflicted on the divergent tree). The file:line-verified canonical surface — the anti-reinvention doc. Decision table ("I want to X → use Y → NOT Z"), the genome→run→optimize→gate spine, the recursive atom (persona=driver, spawnChild=worker|sub-driver, isolated|Workspace artifact, conserved sub-budgets, analyst dimensions + 3 named gaps), two substrates, intelligence-SDK note. Linked §0 in the CLAUDE.md orient ToC.
