Error message "Stream Configuration is not supported in shared mode" even though im on my personal user account

I keep getting this message tried doing everything and it still occurs

Did you try the button "select recommended audio settings"?

Cause the error message indicate that the combination of sample rate/audio format/channel count is not supported
