docs: update projects setup for automatic environment build

What changed

Updated the "Create a project" steps in features/projects.mdx to remove the instruction to manually open the project and click Build environment after creation, and note that Tembo now starts the build automatically.

Why

Project creation now triggers an environment build for every selected session size as part of the create action itself, so the docs' extra manual step is inaccurate and would cause confusion (there's no missing action to perform).

Evidence

• tembo/monorepo PR #10669, "feat(web): start build when creating project" (commit 3c1373d6fb): apps/web/components/projects/project-setup.tsx now passes runNow: true when calling createProject.
• apps/api/src/server/routes/golden/config.ts (POST / project-creation route) honors runNow by immediately enqueuing a build job for every selected size (getValidHostIds / build-job loop guarded by if (runNow)).
• The Build environment button in the project detail page (apps/web/app/[slug]/(sidebar)/settings/snapshots/configurations/[id]/page.client.tsx) still exists for cases with no successful build yet, but is no longer a required manual step right after creation.

Confidence

High — this is a small, exact behavior change (an added runNow: true flag wired straight through the create-project API route to an immediate build) that directly contradicts an explicit numbered step in the docs. The fix only removes the now-inaccurate manual step; no other content changed.
