Hola, I'm Tomás

👨🏻‍💻 About Me

🎓 I am a postdoc at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. I have previously worked at the Institute of Space Sciences (ICE-CSIC, Spain) and studied at the University of Southampton (UoS, UK), Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC) and Universidad de Chile.
📄 My research is focused on cosmology with type Ia supernovae in the near-infrared, but I am also interested in the physics of stellar transients in general, coding and machine learning.
🌱 I love music and playing the drums. I also love doing sports in general, specially swimming and playing volleyball.
