hi @ofrimann i'm working on building tf io against tf 2.19 from source and i got such error
ERROR: /tensorflow-io/tensorflow_io/core/filesystems/http/BUILD:10:11: no such package '@local_tsl//tsl/c':
seems tsl got moved to xla/tsl in tf2.19, wondering if you met this error ? cc @mihaimaruseac

You will have to update the Bazel workspace files to point to the new location
