Update ESLint to v10

Description

As a user, I want to have the latest version running, if possible. Current version is 9.39.2. The latest version today is 10.2.0.

Acceptance Criteria

• ESLint (eslint) package updated to v10
• ESLint js (@eslint/js) package updated to v10
• No lint or build errors
• No overrides added

Not ready yet - 2026-05-05. Blocker: eslint-plugin-import current version ^2.32.0 doesn't support ESLint v10.

Not ready yet - 2026-05-11. Blocker: eslint-plugin-react. After replacing eslint-plugin-import by eslint-plugin-import-x, I'm now one step closer to get ESLint v10 working without overrides.

Not ready yet - 2026-06-01. Same blocker: esling-plugin-react@7.37.5 doesn't support ESLint v10. No new versions of the eslint-plugin-react yet.
