Host application publically

We need to get this hosted on a new domain. Things that would be included in getting this online (or extracted to later tickets):

• Picking a hosting platform: GH Pages, Amplify, Netlify, Firebase, etc.
• Custom domain purchase?
• Get the code deployed

Personally I want to try Amplify so I could get some experience with it, and it seems to be the tool of choice for a couple of people in the org. I'm already familiar with Firebase hosting.
