This is part of the feedback for #262.

From our readme:

Starter kits should include some core tooling that are configured and ready to use.
Linting
Unit Testing (jest, vitest, testing-library, etc)
Storybook
Prettier

Currently, Storybook isn't included in the starter, add it.
