It will cause opencode crash on Windows

Thanks for the report. The screenshot shows a Bun v1.3.14 Windows segfault while running OpenCode 1.17.18, but there is not enough detail yet to tell whether opencode-mem is triggering it.

Can you share:

• opencode-mem version
• OpenCode version
• Bun version
• Windows version
• exact steps before the crash
• whether the crash happens with opencode-mem disabled
• whether it still happens after updating Bun/OpenCode/opencode-mem
• terminal/log output before the crash, if available

If it only happens with opencode-mem enabled, please include your opencode-mem config with secrets removed.

Small version note: the screenshot shows OpenCode 1.17.18. Current OpenCode appears to be 1.17.19, and opencode-mem latest is v2.19.4.

Please retest after updating OpenCode and opencode-mem, because this may already be fixed or changed by the latest release.
