Save locations by name and teleport to them

Commands

Command	Description
/setwarp <name>	Saves the current location
/delwarp <name>	Deletes the specified location
/warp <name>	Teleports you to the specified location
/warps	Show all available locations

Permissions

Permission	Description
warps.*	Gives access to all warps commands
warps.setwarp	Gives access to the /setwarp command
warps.delwarp	Gives access to the /delwarp command
warps.warp	Gives access to the /warp command
warps.warps	Gives access to the /warps command
