Rewrite of the Timlan C++ Parser

The VOS Interpreter - the older Timlan parser wrapped around an IRC bot. The parser to be replaced in the future.

The Timlan website. Not really very much at the moment.

Scripts to parse/generate/etc. Fonti for the purpose of creating a rudimentary Timlan TTS voice.

Docs that have not yet been fully migrated to mediawiki. The most important docs (fonti and perhaps speedyintro) will probably be continued to be updated here even after mediawiki migration.
