Remove broken logo splash from TUI and web app - #19

The Kitty/Sixel logo rendering in the TUI and the Image logo on the web welcome screen are broken. Revert to the original BlockFontWord title on web and remove the logo package entirely. Logo remains in README and Hugo docs only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
