Two steps for moving a design-verification report out of a spreadsheet:
- xcu_import.py brings existing reports in, handling stacked cells and plots
embedded in the drawing layer that the native Excel mapper cannot read
- smps_dvt/ is the same tests as a TofuPilot procedure, capturing values and
waveforms from the instruments instead of transcribing them off screen
Plugs return representative data so the procedure runs without a bench; the
real SCPI calls sit commented alongside each method.

A report's drawing layer holds more than the scope captures: the company
letterhead sits there too, anchored on several rows, so it was attached once
per row it appeared on.
Filter on PNG dimensions rather than file size — a full-window scope grab is
wide and roughly landscape, a banner is not — and keep an image only once even
when it is anchored repeatedly. On the reference report this drops 4
attachments and keeps all 45 captures.
