Describe the issue

Run the following command(s) to use tarnish as your launcher
$ systemctl disable --now xochitl
$ systemctl disable --now xochitl
$ systemctl enable --now tarnish

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Downgrade/Upgrade to 2.15.1 without toltec installed
  2. Install toltec
  3. toltecctl switch-branch testing
  4. opkg install oxide

Expected behaviour
It should not have told you to disable xochitl twice.
