Comparative evaluation of AlphaEarth Foundation (AEF) embeddings vs. multitemporal Sentinel-2 features for 11-class LULC mapping in Sakarya, Türkiye. Focuses on hazelnut orchard delineation using RF, XGBoost, LightGBM, LinearSVC, and Decision Tree classifiers with SHAP explainability. Best result: 95.79% OA (AEF + LightGBM).
