Official implementation of "The Quantum Loom." We simulate Spacetime as a Discrete Topological Superfluid on IBM Heron (156-qubit) processors to computationally resolve the Hubble Tension, Dark Energy, and the Singularity.

Quantum Constraint Framework (QCF): ∑GR=∑QM at horizons → finite curvature cap K_max=1/16. Resolves r=0 singularity via informational bound. PBH testable.
