@tpsdev-ai/agent now includes a complete tool-use runtime (CP33): - Five default tools: read, write, edit, exec, mail - Four LLM providers: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Ollama - tps-agent binary for standalone execution - Security: env scrubbing, path traversal guards, exec allowlists

Version bump for the CP33 agent runtime milestone. All packages synced to 0.4.0 including optionalDependencies.
Merge → tag v0.4.0 on main → release workflow builds binaries + publishes to npm.
