WS-F.5: drop Homebrew job/template + install.tracebloc.io promise (APPROVED)

Part of epic tracebloc/backend#1106. Full spec: report §5 (mirrored on the epic; artifact https://claude.ai/code/artifact/b4b6e6a6-4d76-4e46-a668-6f4f0f944344). WS-F.5 — DECISION RECORDED (Lukas, 2026-07-14, epic OQ2): drop both. Delete release.yml:225-290 bump-homebrew-tap job + scripts/homebrew-formula.rb.tmpl; rewrite README line 13 dropping BOTH the Homebrew tap and install.tracebloc.io promises (GitHub release + verified install.sh is the install path); update roadmap table row 5 note; grep stragglers. Recoverable from git history if a customer ever asks.
