Update Helm chart versions to 1.0.2 for aks, bm, and eks; modify creation timestamps and digests in index.yaml, and enhance RBAC roles to include 'nodes/status' for improved access control.

Adds nodes/status to the resource monitor RBAC across aks/bm/eks charts and updates Helm index timestamps/digests for 1.0.2.

• RBAC (aks/bm/eks):
  • Update ClusterRole tracebloc-resource-monitor to include nodes/status in resources with get/list/watch.
• Helm Index (index.yaml):
  • Refresh entries for aks, bm, eks version 1.0.2 with new created timestamps, digests, and generated time.
