Overview
Updates top-level install docs to reference the tracebloc/client Helm chart (instead of tracebloc/tracebloc) and bumps the chart version callout to v1.3.5.

Adds prominent documentation for the declarative dataset ingestion flow via tracebloc/ingestor, including a minimal IngestConfig YAML example and explanation that data must be pre-staged on the shared PVC. Expands ingestor/README.md with concrete PVC staging instructions and a kubectl cp “pvc-shell” pod pattern.
