For a canonical→CLAUDE.md sync the only question is whether it matches the source, so I diffed the block against tracebloc/.github/org-standards.md at its current tip. Everything matches except one line, which is a revision stale — see inline. Worth re-pulling before merge, because the corrected line is exactly the one that documents the PII-gate retirement (backend#1409) — the same retirement that's currently making #630's pii-gate check fail. Otherwise a faithful sync; happy to approve once that line is refreshed.
