…139) Step 2 of the reusable's three-step arming order, rolled from the claude-skills pilot (claude-skills#36) to the rest of the fleet. No branch protection is touched and `bugbot / review` is not required: Bugbot does not review Dependabot PRs, so a required context would park every one of them red with no route to green. Reported, not required. repo-inventory.yml is untouched -- caller first, entry after; the flip to `required` is the follow-up. .github/workflows/bugbot-gate-caller.yml, a thin caller that runs the org reusabletracebloc/.githubbugbot-gate.ymlon pull requests (opened,reopened,synchronize,ready_for_review). That surfaces thebugbot / reviewcheck by polling Bugbot for up to 900s with callee defaults (includingmin-severity: high), per-PR concurrency with cancel-in-progress, and read-onlycontents/checks/pull-requestspermissions—nosecrets: inherit, nopaths:filter, and no workflow inputs.This is fleet rollout step 2 for backend#2284 (after the pilot caller): the check is advisory only—branch protection and
repo-inventory.ymlare unchanged, so merges are not blocked by this workflow.
