This is kinda a pytest thing, but it's a bit confusing to sort out if nbmake is doing it's own file processing. I'm doing what I would think would skip these files in pytest land (CLI), but it's not actually skipping things as expected, so I don't know if it's how nbmake patches things, or what.
Anyhow, thanks very much for the tool! Any advice offer I will submit a PR for the readme (below the section of skipping execution of a cell)
