How to configure your own terrible bear:
-- Set up virtualenv, climb into it
-- pip install python-dateutil==1.5
-- pip install python-twitter
-- clone this repo
-- set up a twitter application here : https://dev.twitter.com/apps
-- run get_access_token.py with the app tokens set up
-- get your consumer tokens and you app token, put 'em in twitterbot.ini
-- run terriblebear.py - it should stay up, check twitter and respond appropriately.

-- get him chaning profile pics agains, depending on his mood
-- rework how his mood changes
-- change what he says to the world
-- improve his vocabulary
-- have him @ people whne they start following him
