The World service omits input fields from run/step snapshot responses when payloads are externalized as RemoteRef blobs. Mirrors existing WorkflowRunWithoutData / StepWithoutData types and extends #1939 's treatment of output/error/completedAt to input.

Root cause: workflow@5.0.0-beta.5 has a confirmed upstream bug
(vercel/workflow#1977) where the hosted Workflow API externalizes
step inputs above a size threshold as RemoteRef blob pointers, but
beta.5's Zod schema for the events-ack response required run.input/
step.input as non-optional concrete values -- causing every such
event ack to throw WorkflowWorldError and silently kill the workflow
run mid-flight. This is exactly why chat showed 'thinking' forever:
the LLM call to the gateway succeeded (confirmed via gateway logs),
but the workflow run reporting it back never completed.
Fix already landed upstream via vercel/workflow#1979; we were just
pinned 35 beta versions behind. Bumped to the latest available beta
line for both packages. Verified: pnpm typecheck clean, next build
clean.

Root cause: workflow@5.0.0-beta.5 has a confirmed upstream bug
(vercel/workflow#1977) where the hosted Workflow API externalizes
step inputs above a size threshold as RemoteRef blob pointers, but
beta.5's Zod schema for the events-ack response required run.input/
step.input as non-optional concrete values -- causing every such
event ack to throw WorkflowWorldError and silently kill the workflow
run mid-flight. This is exactly why chat showed 'thinking' forever:
the LLM call to the gateway succeeded (confirmed via gateway logs),
but the workflow run reporting it back never completed.
Fix already landed upstream via vercel/workflow#1979; we were just
pinned 35 beta versions behind. Bumped to the latest available beta
line for both packages. Verified: pnpm typecheck clean, next build
clean.

Root cause: workflow@5.0.0-beta.5 has a confirmed upstream bug
(vercel/workflow#1977) where the hosted Workflow API externalizes
step inputs above a size threshold as RemoteRef blob pointers, but
beta.5's Zod schema for the events-ack response required run.input/
step.input as non-optional concrete values -- causing every such
event ack to throw WorkflowWorldError and silently kill the workflow
run mid-flight. This is exactly why chat showed 'thinking' forever:
the LLM call to the gateway succeeded (confirmed via gateway logs),
but the workflow run reporting it back never completed.
Fix already landed upstream via vercel/workflow#1979; we were just
pinned 35 beta versions behind. Bumped to the latest available beta
line for both packages. Verified: pnpm typecheck clean, next build
clean.
