Currently, zoom felt super slow on a native trackpad with pinch gesture. This speeds it up quite a bit.

We also have control for the mouse wheel which needs to be a bit slower.

No backport to stable for 799cc09 (AI decision).

This commit modifies packages/web-shared/src/components/new-trace-viewer/trace-viewer.tsx, but the entire new-trace-viewer/ directory does not exist on stable (only the older trace-viewer/ directory does). The change therefore cannot apply to stable as it depends on a component introduced only on main.

To override, re-run the Backport to stable workflow manually via workflow_dispatch and paste this commit SHA into the ref input:
