Automated backport of #2827 to stable (backport job run).

AI recommendation: This is a self-contained UI bug fix for detail-panel truncation that isn't limited to main-only paths — the web-shared package and sidebar detail panel exist on stable. Although the exact file (attributes-block.tsx) was refactored on main and stable still uses a monolithic attribute-panel.tsx with the same max-w-[70%] truncate limitation, the underlying problem exists on both branches, so a human-reviewed (possibly conflict-resolved) backport is worthwhile.

Merge conflicts were resolved by AI (opencode with anthropic/claude-opus-4.8). Please review the conflict resolution carefully before merging.

Automated backport of #2827 to stable (backport job run).
AI recommendation: This is a self-contained UI bug fix for detail-panel truncation that isn't limited to main-only paths — the web-shared package and sidebar detail panel exist on stable. Although the exact file (attributes-block.tsx) was refactored on main and stable still uses a monolithic attribute-panel.tsx with the same max-w-[70%] truncate limitation, the underlying problem exists on both branches, so a human-reviewed (possibly conflict-resolved) backport is worthwhile.
Merge conflicts were resolved by AI (opencode with anthropic/claude-opus-4.8). Please review the conflict resolution carefully before merging.

Additional Suggestion:
Backport PR ships a changeset for "Fix middle truncation on detail panel" but the corresponding code change was never applied, so the truncation bug remains unfixed on stable.
