Summary

In the Observability Metadata panel, Token was truncated without a copy button, and Hook ID had a copy button but often failed to truncate because the copyable value row sized to its full content width.

Changes

  • Add token to copyableBasicAttributes so Token gets the same copy + middle-truncate treatment as Hook ID
  • Add flex-1 overflow-hidden to copyable key-value rows so MiddleTruncate can shrink long IDs within the available width

Test plan

  • Manually verify Metadata panel: Token and Hook ID show truncated values with copy icons; copying pastes the full string

Remove AttributePanel copy unit tests

dedicated panel render tests are unnecessary.

No backport to stable for cbfe13b (AI decision).

The commit modifies packages/web-shared/src/components/sidebar/attributes-block.tsx, which does not exist on stable, and adds token to a copyableBasicAttributes set that is also absent from the much older attribute-panel.tsx on stable (which still uses CopyableDataBlock). These changes build on a redesigned observability sidebar that only exists on main, so a backport would not apply cleanly and has no target to fix.

To override, re-run the Backport to stable workflow manually via workflow_dispatch and paste this commit SHA into the ref input:

No backport to stable for cbfe13b (AI decision).
The commit modifies packages/web-shared/src/components/sidebar/attributes-block.tsx, which does not exist on stable, and adds token to a copyableBasicAttributes set that is also absent from the much older attribute-panel.tsx on stable (which still uses CopyableDataBlock). These changes build on a redesigned observability sidebar that only exists on main, so a backport would not apply cleanly and has no target to fix.
To override, re-run the Backport to stable workflow manually via workflow_dispatch and paste this commit SHA into the ref input:

Summary
In the Observability Metadata panel, Token was truncated without a copy button, and Hook ID had a copy button but often failed to truncate because the copyable value row sized to its full content width.
Changes
  • Add token to copyableBasicAttributes so Token gets the same copy + middle-truncate treatment as Hook ID
  • Add flex-1 overflow-hidden to copyable key-value rows so MiddleTruncate can shrink long IDs within the available width
Test plan
  •  Manually verify Metadata panel: Token and Hook ID show truncated values with copy icons; copying pastes the full string

Summary
In the Observability Metadata panel, Token was truncated without a copy button, and Hook ID had a copy button but often failed to truncate because the copyable value row sized to its full content width.
Changes
  • Add token to copyableBasicAttributes so Token gets the same copy + middle-truncate treatment as Hook ID
  • Add flex-1 overflow-hidden to copyable key-value rows so MiddleTruncate can shrink long IDs within the available width
Test plan
  •  Manually verify Metadata panel: Token and Hook ID show truncated values with copy icons; copying pastes the full string

No backport to stable for cbfe13b (AI decision).
The commit modifies packages/web-shared/src/components/sidebar/attributes-block.tsx, which does not exist on stable, and adds token to a copyableBasicAttributes set that is also absent from the much older attribute-panel.tsx on stable (which still uses CopyableDataBlock). These changes build on a redesigned observability sidebar that only exists on main, so a backport would not apply cleanly and has no target to fix.
To override, re-run the Backport to stable workflow manually via workflow_dispatch and paste this commit SHA into the ref input:
