currently we manually inject process.on("unhandledRejection", (reason) => { if (reason !== undefined) console.error("Unhandled rejection detected", reason); }); when creating the webhook bundles/routes (ex. sveltekit, nitro in #283).

this hack is because an undefined unhandled rejection is thrown inside when resuming a webhook, coming from waitUntil

this PR adds an argument suppressUndefinedRejections to createWebhookBundle since this code was duplicated across individual builders

currently we manually inject process.on("unhandledRejection", (reason) => { if (reason !== undefined) console.error("Unhandled rejection detected", reason); }); when creating the webhook bundles/routes (ex. sveltekit, nitro in #283).
this hack is because an undefined unhandled rejection is thrown inside when resuming a webhook, coming from waitUntil
this PR adds an argument suppressUndefinedRejections to createWebhookBundle since this code was duplicated across individual builders
