No backport to stable for a074259 (AI decision).

No backport to stable for a074259 (AI decision).
This commit only adds a changeset file (.changeset/quiet-runs-poll.md) for a change landed in a separate PR (#3672); it contains no code, test, or documentation changes. Changesets-only commits are release plumbing and are not backported — if the underlying run-status-polling change itself warrants going to stable, that commit should be backported instead (its changeset travels with it).
To override, re-run the Backport to stable workflow manually via workflow_dispatch and paste this commit SHA into the ref input:

No backport to stable for a074259 (AI decision).
This commit only adds a changeset file (.changeset/quiet-runs-poll.md) for a change landed in a separate PR (#3672); it contains no code, test, or documentation changes. Changesets-only commits are release plumbing and are not backported — if the underlying run-status-polling change itself warrants going to stable, that commit should be backported instead (its changeset travels with it).
